Datamine Centre for Professional Studies, Uganda’s leading Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Accredited Study Centre, has announced the inaugural Datamine ASC Summit 2025, a landmark event designed to redefine brand leadership through emotional connection, cultural relevance, and storytelling. The summit will take place on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Hotel Africana, Kampala.
Under the theme “The Art and Science of Emotional Connections in a Competitive World,” the one-day summit will bring together top marketing, media, and creative industry leaders to explore how emotionally intelligent branding is shaping the future of business strategy in Uganda and beyond.
Designed as a high-impact professional development forum, the Datamine ASC Summit will feature three core sessions:
- C-Suite Session (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM): An exclusive, invite-only segment for senior executives, providing a boardroom-level perspective on brand building and strategic alignment.
- Main Session (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Open to registered attendees, this session will include keynote speeches, expert presentations, and a headline panel discussion.
- Networking Session (6:00 PM onwards): A dynamic, informal opportunity for delegates to engage with peers, mentors, and industry pioneers.
According to Datamine officials, the summit will serve as a catalyst for strategic dialogue, knowledge exchange, and partnership development within Uganda’s evolving marketing ecosystem.

The summit will feature a keynote address by Graham Robertson, founder of Beloved Brands and one of the world’s most respected brand strategists. Known for his work with Fortune 500 brands including Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and the NFL, Robertson will be making his East African debut at this event.
