The video of a Nairobi man trying to leave the wreckage of a car after surviving a horrific accident has moved netizens.

The chilling clip shared online showed the man’s vehicle was badly damaged, and he was injured in the grisly accident involving a matatu near Pacis Centre along Waiyaki Way in Nairobi.

In the video shared on Twitter, the survivor was seen trying to disembark from his car, which had overturned with smoke emanating from it.

His car’s windshield was completely smashed, with the hardtop also marred following the impact from the road crash.

The accident scene was chaotic as parts of the car were scattered all over the highway while the matatu was behind the car but with less severe damage.

Many netizens were moved after seeing the man trying to leave the ill-fated car unharmed, with many noting it was a miracle that he was even alive as the state of his vehicle only pointed to the magnitude of the crash.

In a separate incident, a Super Metro bus also left netizens talking when it overturned, and a video showing the passengers climbing out and scampering for safety surfaced.

In a bizarre incident that astonished netizens, a video surfaced on social media showing a group of commuters calmly climbing out of an overturned Super Metro matatu.

Despite the chaos, the passengers were seen exiting the overturned matatu in an orderly fashion.

Many compared the incident to a scene from an action movie, marvelling at how the passengers seemed to possess a level of training and coordination typically associated with emergency response teams.
